good phone for old fashioned type people whose dream is just to have a 4 inch phone but a hell trash for mobile phone crazies its gets too over heated battery backup worst and no upgrade/update of s/w..

my lava iris is shutting down randomly. when it shut down and when I do on,it show 5% battery level sometime it say 20% remaining.but charged it full before.my version is 4.2.2.what is the problem.?
