Hi,my phone is always displaying "unfortunately,launcher has stopped".after dat I couldn't use even for calling.is there any solution to avoid it??

1. Phone gets heated up while charging.
2. Bad battery, and can't get a new battery even from service centres.
3. Poor audio recording.
Got a battery from a brand new Iris 406Q from a friend, but battery dead again in 2 months.
I didn't got what I want in a normal smartphone from Lava Iris 406Q. Waste of money buying Lava smartphones..

i was impressed to c the model at start ..but within 5 mnths the battery was dead. and it is going on shut down for no reasons and some times immediate call pik up ho raha hei..ITS THE WORST PHONE
