Lava Iris 414 with KitKat launched for $65 in India

While most handset makers are rolling out the Android 5.x Lollipop update, Lava Mobiles is still catching up with previous version. The company has introduced an entry-level Iris 414 smartphone with KitKat running on it and priced at INR 4,049 ($65).



It offers basic features such as 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) resolution display and is powered by a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB expandable storage and dual-SIM with Dual Standby support.

This phone has a 3.2 MP rear camera with LED flash, VGA front camera, FM Radio, standard audio jack, and packs only a 1,400 mAh battery.

I brought a new Lava Iris 414 but suddenly its display went out of order. lines are appearing at its screen, display is not that clear but everything else is working well. can anyone tell me the reason and solution?

Amazing phone in just 4k. I love the display of this phone which is just the right size, not too big and not too small. The OS, camera, processor, memory etc. All specs are decent and make it an ideal budget phone. The functionality is not bad at all...
