Phone is value for money
But assosories not available.
Service very very bad .
Am giving my phone to service centre alappuzha.
That service centre very bad that guys dont know how to open back cover that guys remove back cover with screw driver. Back cover full scrach. so dont give phone to service centre.

Guys don't go to buy all type of Lava phone its very worst company & worst mobile .... they didnt give update & u didnt get any accessorize for that mobile

worst phone
It gets heated a lot that becomes hard to put near ear for long talk
And now i m facing another problem
After heating, screen blinks and phone gets restarted again and again
When i visited service centre they told me that its repairing cost is Rs 5500 approx
Nowhere is the availability of back cover
Comparing with the samsung 5 mp camera it's 10 mp camera quality is below
Over all i will never purchase lava mobiles.

I am really very upset, I had submitted my mobile LAVA IRIS 504q plus to service center for update the version and fix the hang problem, but what they did with my cell they forget to fit screw to mobile and told me to come after 1 week, when I buzz them to fix this issue they maintain the same excuses. Service center of lava is just for name, no services has been provided.
