hi,
my phone is ok, but it only charge when switch off hand set & when it is on it not charge using charger / Usb Cabel.
when it is attached with computer not connected & not charge. when it switch off it battery charge well.

I thought its good mobile from company but it has following problems. 1.camera is very bad (front n rear) 2.heating problems when we using mobile 3.battery is also not good. 4.speaker problem With this price we have motorola , huawai and etc mobiles.

Prabhat, 14 Jun 2015Lava iris fuel 50 is tqe baddest phone in the world it's ca... moreI don't know what you are talking about. Most of my friends have been using Lava iris fuel 50 for some time now and they hvn't got any major complaint. Though they got the phone just for its battery backup but it's the camera that has got their sole focus now(pun intended). The 8MP rear camera with LED flash works like a dream while the 2MP front cam is also really good for the selfies.I can definitely vouch for the quality.

Tamil, 18 Jun 2015Same problem and service is very poor. Don't buy this product.My friend has been using lava iris fuel 50 for some time now. For most part phone has given him a far better user experience especially when compared with other phones that he has used in the past. However, last week the phone's touch stopped working and we had to go to the service centre.Unlike other service centres the staff there was courteous and saw to it that our problem was looked into at earliest.They kept the phone assuring us that we would have the phone before the weekend and surprisingly they actually delivered it to us on that exact date. Now the phone works better than ever.
