Dear Sir....
I m Deciding to buy LAVA IRIS X1...But i m not sure about its performance...I want a mobile with good camera quality, gaming console and fast internet surfing...
Please Tell Me...Is it good option for Me...Or You can Suggest any other Better than it....

Guys,
Brought this phone for my sister today at CTC parklane Secunderabad for 7500/- . I was a bit confused between micromax unite 2 and lava iris X1. Initially i was a bit reluctant for the brand value of lava isnt that great. but somehow my sister liked Iris X1 and she wanted to take it. As soon as we opened the box the built and over all looks was like Apple i phone 5. But as soon as i connected USB via OTG...OMG it hanged.
I played few high quality HD vids on youtube and out of 5 times it got soft hang atleast 3 times.
everybody were praising the camera , but i feel the 8mp camera works just like 5 mp camera...or may be 2 mp camera. I was very much dissapointed with the camera performance.
It didnot even have some necessary apps like music player.which amused me the most.
First take my ratings component wise
Looks 4/5
Performance 3.5/5 ( lags,hangs and a bit of heating )
camera 2/5
speaker 4/5
call quality and antenna reception 4/5
multimedia 3.5/5
battery 4/5
value for money 3.5/5
I guess if camera is not a big option for you its better to go for unite 2 as u get it for 1000 less
Also i think Xolo q600s will be another good option as it boosts qhd display and xolos performance is always top notch ( im current user of an awesome phone called xolo q1010i)
So finally if u dont use it for much games and just daily purpose and u r particular about good looks. then this might be ur choice.

purchased this set two days ago. . .one thing that i felt is that it is not a good phone, not suitable for a heavy phone user. . .it hanged many times during downloading apps from play store, even it switched off one time during the process of downloading sygic app.. .and display and camera is nice. . Atlast it can't give you experience that you are expecting from a 1 gb ram. . Its ok for normal users . . But remember it will become slow as more and more you use. . . Think wisely choose well. . My choice is moto e. Thanks

AnonD-267917, 01 Jun 2014Bro what you mean by the treshold limit of 100 mbThe internal use memory is around 1.5 GB and if you install some 10 apps the memory size comes around 100 MB and the phone lags after that. So lava should have concentrated on giving atleast 8 GB user internal memory
