I was using lava X1 9 months ago and was using it until last week. Honestly it's a waste. There are issues with battery, the phone getting hang, n so on. The worst part is I had to replace my phone battery after 6 months ( company gives 6 months warranty ). I had wait for 2 days to get a battery. The new battery lasted 3 months ( company gives 1 month warranty ). They asked me to wait for another 2 days..!! Ridiculous !!. I strongly advice not to buy lava phones as the quality is not good and the after services is absolutely bad.

The battery back is very poor, not withstanding 2hrs also, phone was very hot while speaking.

any phone have a charger,many people use others phones charger and charge there phone,after 2 or 3 months the battery backup is so bad..you may say Why?becoz the publisher of the phones make a charger only to charge the right phone that they had made..so use only the original charger and your battery will be good...

Guyz i'm using lava iris X1
1.camera...video recording excellent
2.speed excellent
3.not hanged so far
4.good clarity
5.most stylish and handy mobile

.
6.The most important is itz just ******* in case of network wont able to connect 3G and wifi as well. Honestly stating my review guyz.

I bought Lava X 1 about 6 months back. Battery drains out even without use in about 4 hours. This is the biggest drawback of this phone. On top of it the service center in Chandigarh is very bad. On the net if you check it is showing at 1104 Sec 22 but it is no where there. After running around for about one hour we found that it is shifted to 2405 Sec 22 Chandigarh. Its not understood why the company cannot give correct address, when checked on toll free number they gave the old address only.
Service center told us that battery warranty is only for six months and nothing can be done, where as the product is warranted for one year. Lousy service and most irresponsible people and they just want sell the product and have no responsibility to the customer.
Recommended not to go in for Lava Iris.
