call log problem is not a major problem it will be solve after restore your mobile.... just take backup of your data and restore your mobile.. problem will be resolve after restoring.... it may take some time to restoring so keep your battery charge before restore

I purchased this phone 2months ago. Superb phone really. My friends ask me is this apple iPhone??? I really love this phone it's really awesome and the camera is too too too good and I don't have any kind of problem with this phone so if u want it go and grab this

I have a question that
i am thinking to purchase this cell phone but as i read the Comments regarding the call log my mind is been getting diverted so please can you explain me the reason why people are facing that problem and what are solutions for that so that i can purchase this phone....

Dear Sir,
Update after new software my phone Lave iris x1 Is not showing incoming, outgoing,missed call and call log detail from last 7-8 days.
I request you to do the needful and please tell what should I do, what is the solution for the same.

I was using this mobile from last two months.I have satisfied with this product.Its worthbale except few issues which eaten my brain for some days.It you want to have smartphone experience with less price you can prefer this but u shouldn't desire complete features to satisfy your needs.It means almost everything working fine in this mobile like camera nice,nice UI,almost looks like iPhone and it having latest android kitkat.
But OS updation is misterious. LAVA didn't provide any commitment for Lollipop update.Once we update OS showing few issues like clearing call log and brightness fluctuations and bcz of that reducing battery performance.

XeNiN, 08 Nov 2014i have some questions..please answer them if u know.. :) ... moreYeah it support 3g video calling and now it comes with 8 GB & 2100 mah battery wheres you can satisfied and front is good it take nice picture in daylight but as much it gives quit good in dim light & its back camera is awesome with dual flash really you can take nice pic in dim light with it !!! Go and get that amazing phone and have fun

i have some questions..please answer them if u know.. :)
1) Does it support 3G video calling that means native video calling..??
2) Are the both sim supported 3G??
3) How is the front camera???
4) What is the actual mAh of 8GB version's battery?? 2100 or 1800??
5. How is the battery backup..???
6) Does it become hot while playing games..??
7) Does it lag while playing hd games..??
8) How is the display quality in sunlight..??
9) How is the sound quality both in calling and music..??
10) Does its ringtone be loud enough to hear in a crowdy place..??

dheesh, 06 Nov 2014yesterday bought iris x1 . but when setting date format,it ... moreKindly contact LAVA Customer Service Care and get the OS reloaded. For me also same problem and set right by LAVA Customer Service Centre by re-loading OS.

satheesh, 25 Oct 2014Switch off the phone and hold power and volume down button ... moreI also faced the same problem. Then i went to LAVA service centre and they reloaded the OS and now is is working fine.
The new problem is that the SKYPE is not working for VIDEO calls. Once the Video call is switched on the phone restarts.
