simi, 25 Oct 2014after updating phone call history is showing empty. :( p... moreyes...i faced the same problem.i think the reason is configuration of sd cards changed after updating.internal storage became SD1.so i reset my phone through 'backup and reset'...call history is back

Hi Anubhav, Thanks 4 your valuable suggestion. As I tried the step by step option that u described above here, its realy worked for me. But a small change instead of holding vol up button after power ON kindly hold vol down button it makes the differece..

Sir,
I used lava iris x1.It is super.The attractive thing is support of pendrive or OTG supported.but I am unable to remone it.When i remoned it from mobile then a eror message prompt that unuthorised application unmount the sd card.but when i removed it on settiing by unmount option then also i get a message thar sd card removed insert new sd card and that message stands for along time.After restarting the message only disapper.

frieds i have lava irish x1 i read hear some frnds have problem in access internet but i dont have problem but i want to share one thing in this phone 2 types simcard one is gsm it is microsim (cutting Sim) and second is wcdma sim its normal sim size if u want 2g network so use micro simcard

guys,if u r facing issues after update then i suggest u to backup your data and reset your device in recovery mode....i also updated with 122mb update...battery backup is improved dramatically...
to go to go recovery mode
1) Switch Off Your Device Properly.
2) Press Power Button,when phone vibrates start pressing volume up button u will c a menu (if it doesn't work and it doesn't boot in recovery mode then try again nd again) this method works...
3)Now navigate to wipe data/cache partition with volume down button and select yes with power button.
4)wipe cache partition.
5)reboot
