[deleted post]It could be a problem with one of the apps that you have downloaded. it could be incompatible with the new OS of the phone. try uninstalling the app after which you started getting this problem.

Lava X1
This is an below average Android 4.4.2 kitkat phone.
1. Battery is 1800 MAH but Drained Very fast Means Short Battery life.
2. Processor is 1.2 Ghz Quad core but functioning like 1 Ghz single core processor.
3. Ram is 1 GB but work as 512 MB.
4. When you are good typist on Mobile this Phone is Harrash you.
5. Camera is 8 MP but in this phone it is average.
When you are buying this phone Think twice.
or buy Xolo Q 600S This is an better option in this price segment.

It is a very cheap fone..neither its camera nor its processor works fine ..its useless fone..its display is also vry dull..don't buy it...

I have been using iris 504q for the last 10 months and so far
I have no issues with its performance.. Expect what they promised will be delievered with x1 as well. Go with Lava..

USB cable provided with the phone is of very cheap quality..... data transfer speed from pc to phone with original usb cable is very slow ( max 700kb/sec)....I have tested other usb cables and the speed is fine (7-8 MB/sec).and from today its not connecting to pc anymore.... it only charges phone...no storage mounting to PC....whenever I connect this usb to pc an error pops up "usb u have recently connected is malfunctioned....windows does not recognize it".I'm fed up of all this.any solution ????????

Looks vry nice 8 mp camera is workSss vry nice and same is front 2 mp grt but battery back up is poor touch is grt all works superb 3.9/4 points i give grab it

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago.. As others commented already there are problem(already mentioned). to add one to the list when i click on camera it shuts down the phone. Did anyone faced this problem yet??? any work around..please email me at mirasadali.1985@gmail.com
