i think the service centre will cure my my problem...i hope so.....did u put ur handset in lava service centre for this problem....???

1) Go to settings.
2) Then in the settings, go to Audio Profiles.
3) In the audio profiles, go to the upper right side where there are three vertically dots.
4) Click those dots and you will see there will be an "add" option.
5) Click the "add" option and the type the name of the new folder as "Ringtones"
6) A new folder with name Ringtones will be created
7) Go to the folder and click on the edit option.
8) You will see there will be written Sim 1 Phone ringtone.
9) Click on that option and you can choose your own Ringtone.

This is a bad mobile. I have used it. While playing subway surfer and other high memory games, it hangs a lot. Every app I have to tap 2 times to open it. If any body wants to know how to change ringtones in this mobile, here are the steps:
1) Go to settings.

complete bad phone, problem in ear piece, very slow voice in speaker, screen guard very poor,battery life poor,

*its battry backup is vry bad
*its network always gone and show like" ?? " these question mark instead of sim signal then its signal comes after 20-30 sec..
* this phone dont show all my contacts sometimes whenerver i needed that contacts in problem..
* sometimes these phones autimatically shutdown when we are working on it
so , i have an conclusion that i never again buy any lava product in my life .

Most of the time, the phone incoming voice is stop and disconnect while talking continuosly
Unable to set ringtone. No wi fi indicator is coming on the top of screen.
I replace three time this from the shop with in 7 days and still unsatisfy.

I have bought this mobile yesterday by mistake. I was wanting for lava iris x1 atom not lava iris x1 atom s. But for a student it is good. Lets see what happen after some days. If it is good then I will recommend this otherwise it will be a worst phone in my life.

It's a worst mobile i ever seen.. no battery packup. no clarity. it stucks every app opens .. shut this mobiles
when i browse internet in this phone ,sometimes the phone looses network and shows two question marks(? ?) in pace of ye sims indicator.. and after 10 seconds the network returns back

when i browse internet in this phone ,sometimes the phone looses network and shows two question marks(? ?) in pace of ye sims indicator.. and after 10 seconds the network returns back. My house is near the tower of my sim(aircel)
before this phone i was using Xolo a500s. i have used that for almost 2 years and sold. I think i have made a mistake by buying lava iris x1 atom
