I really like this phone. It is never hang . when I purchase this phone, its battery backup is very bad . Then I go to gsm arena a person is posted a comment. In this comment he said that you need to update our iris x1 grand phone to repair the battery.then I reset our phone and then my phone battery is really repaired . I really really thankful for him him who give me instructions to repair our battery.

i have 6 anroid lava mobiles in family , but this time i am very disappointed do not purchase it battery is very power drain in 5-4 hours in stand by mode

I have visit service center 30 time but my problem is not solve I am use only KitKat I am not like 5.0 and don't use 5.0 please advice me to solve battery drains in KitKat

The most sad thing is there is no service center near by. After sale service is pathetic. Takes more than a month to get repaired. Staff at service station gives some information which not match with customer care information,unavailability of original spares. My x1 grand got damaged within couple of months after purchase.i had given mobile for repair in service center aftwe one month i got the mobile but the problem not rectified .The worst is the support guys are not helpful at all. Please don't buy any lava phone in India, The spares are not available too. It is waste of your valuable money. Go for other makes which has max. service stations and spares readily available. No ratting & no recommendation for x1 grand mobiles.

I purched lava x1 grand hand set on 29/06/2015. This is user friendly. But now I observed that responding calls and dailled calls takes more times. Is there any problem in my set.

iam using this mobile since 4 months
its performance is good.
i faced a lot of trouble with battry back. It drains soo fast.
But finally i over come battery problem by installing "Clean Master". It is an awsome app & battery saver in it works really good.
Now i can use this mobile full day with whatsapp, facebook,browsing, etc..remaining battery 20% more. so try this app friends

Pls don't buy this mobile. It is looking nice but battery backup is very poor..... It need to keep in charger mode 4 to 6 hours .................

Don't buy this phone. Very stupid mobile ever. I sell my mobile and now owned moto G 3rd gen. Now I'm 100% satisfied.
