I'm using this mobile since 20 days.mine Mobile preinstalled to lollipop. at first battery backup was not good later I got software update 2days back now mine mobile battery lasts more than a day. it's does not heat up much u play games continuesly for 1 hour It get little warm feel by our hands.browsing ,gaming,camera,all are good I'm totally satisfied with this mobile.
don't worry about the phone go for it you will not regret buying this.
one thing my phone got 21000 score in antutu benchmark. is fast. it's good for daily usage... go for it

I bought this phone Last week... n there is no battery issue with this phone.. phone is very stylish is this price range..phone is bit thick but very light.. touch response is good.. Internet speed is great.. there is no lag in this phone.. n Lollipop is just awesome.. best android os... primary camera is just average.. I have so many heavy games without any issue.. smart wake up is also nice.. there is 8 GB internal storage n u will get 5.83 GB Free for mass n apps..if u want than u can use the entire storage for apps n games or songs n videos.. n can also move the apps to SD card.. this is one of the best phone in this price segment...

I am using lava irish x1 since 2015. It has many problem like heating within 15 min while connecting data and auto off. I dint prefer to suggest my friend. Service center does nt have solution. They dont want to check it while remaining warranty period.

Anonymous, 09 Jun 2015i regret why i buy this phone!!!! the bettery backup is xo weak guys i bought this phone 1 week back, my freinds are surprised of price and stylish , this phone realy gud bt only one problem is battery back is very bad, if lave company is reading this mas plz give solution for it, if u people solve this batery issue, no smart phone can beat up u fr this cost...

This phone battery is very weak in backup. aromatically decreasing battery percentage. screen clarity also not good.

Their is no battery issue with this,phone mine lasts for more than a day and i am a heavy user.

Friends lava iris x1 grand had battery issue and I'm getting a different problem calls getting disconnected frequently. Do anybody have the same problem. Any solution for it.

Phone battery is not to good and its finish in seven months.Lava and also insurance company can't change the battery after six months. Please don't purchase this phone.

Disappointed with this phone.
1. 3G not working in sim slot 2. There is only 2G
2. Diff to insert micro sim in slot1 even by adapter
3. Navigation button not working smoothly. need to press hard
4. wifi off during phone sleep even i check setting "keep wifi on during sleep"
5. Touch effect not good with tempered screen protector
6. very poor call voice quality
7. photo quality is not worth for 8MP. look like 2MP in rear cam.
8. Only good thing is battery backup
