No 1 budget phone in this price range, i got this phone for Rs 4400 in the market from local mobile store at lalchowk srinagar. Its very nice phone. With good battery backup.. Its 1750mah (mega Ampere) battery gives 2days for normal useage, 1day for hard useage, 10hours for video/audio playback, 6-7 hours for net surfing, n thats all u need from an android phone..
1.2ghz quadcore processor and 512mb of ram is quite enough to have a gud processing speed and to run whatsapp,facebook,instagram, and more 2-3 applications without getting heated up and hanged up ur device.
It has 5mp primary camera and takes good quality of picture outdoor...but low light and indoor pics are too poor..
It has good quality 4'inch display which is good for watching videos,paying games, and surfing net..
And it luks like iPhone 4s.. Flat from both sides..
IN SHORT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PHONE WITH GREAT LOOK, LONG BATTER LIFE, GOOD QUALITY CAMERA, WITH 4'INCH NORMAL SIZE CLEAR DISPLAY UNDER 4500 BUDGET PHONE.... GO FOR IT...

This is the best mobile under 5000rs budjet so far.. Camera is not up to the mark but justify its budjet..rest other features is awesome...good battery back up,screen resolution is excellent its having IPS LCD,fast charging within 2 hours,call n sound quality is good, very very worth 4200rs

please upgrade its qualities like 330ppi display, camera clarity,to at least 8mp, I love this phone to be launched upgraded...surely it will beat large screen androids...and a better sale in market

I bought this phone 2 month ago and ibam fully satisfied with its performance. x1 mini is the best mobile in 4200.
i also have lava iris x1 8gb but x1 mini is much better then iris x1.
camera and gaming both in x1 mini is better then lava iris x1. in camera resolution of iris x1 beat iris x1 mini but if u want camera quality in pictures and video then u should go for iris mini......
x1 mini shoes the real value of money... :)
