I am using this for the past 3 months and it works really fine. I thank LAVA for providing a good phone for 8.5k. The battery draining down can be avoided by not clinging on to mobile data always ON and switching it OFF will make the battery stand more time. The speaker is little bit noisy, but in headset mode it was really fine. Overall a good phone for a normal user and worth its money

The worst phone to buy. I bought this phone on nov 23 and in the past 3 months i had used it for only 5 days max and the rest of the day it was in the service center. Phone speaker and mike has serious prob. Lava tech people couldn't even know how to solve the issue.

Performance is quite fine but not excellent. Front and back cameras are good. It hangs sometime

brajesh, 25 Feb 2015this mobile battery backup is very low and bad its chaina ph below 3rd class brand. hangs alot . heats vp like fire. cannot play subway surfer. camera fake. only 2mp rear camera bt shws as 8mp. and hahaha frnt camera vga only to make people fool. dont ever buy this. its solding on chaina footpath. .lolz

chinni g, vizag, 11 Feb 2015So give me nice suggestion..to buy this mobile or not..?Lava is good company quality is good iam using lava mobiles since last 1 year my first mobile is lava iris 405 then x1 now i have x5 all have good quality of screen compared spice karbonn micromax some say that x5 has no battery backup its there fast judgment because every mobile has problem of battery in first 5-6 days after it battery stable's its time for long time in my opinion lava is good brand of quality
