this is excellent phone . front camera as well as back camera is veery well.but internal storage is only 2.5 gb

volume down automatically while playing video.... with earphone and battery backup not good ,hang many times in a day.

hi guys I have bought dis smartphn last month...after 1 month of uses.. sm critical prblms r occuring in my mob .it hangs wid a dark blue screen and automatically restart 4 times to 5 times in a day..after sales service of lava is just ridicules..they reinstall the software BT the prblm still same......team lava plz correct this prblm as soon as possible thanks .....

This phone for good camera quality but not good in battery backup it stand less 1day

It is very good phone for today generation. It has high speed performance phone with quad core processor. Camera quality is too good as well as front camera.

tejas, 12 Nov 2014i purchased lava iris x5 last week and while i was using th... moreHi, Just to let you know that I had the same problem about 10 days back, and there is nothing you can do other than to take it the nearest authorised service centre with the warranty (bill)and they will sort it out. What they did was to reinstall the software (and upgrade if applicable). But first you have to tell them to save all the data in the phone to the sd card if possible. They told me whatever is in the phone memory will get deleted and only what is there in the sd card will be saved. So it is wise to always backup data and information using the backup and reset button in the settings and also in the sd card by transfer. Second, do have an external backup either in the PC or Laptop or Hard drive (external) of all important contact etc., so that if it (problem) happens again you can restore the data and information. Third, my suggestion is that don't fiddle with the settings as it (problem) can occur again. It is a very good phone provided you use it with appropriate care. Fourth, if you can get the service technician / engineer to set the appropriate settings & functions to your choice then it will be done once and for all. They do know how the phone works and sometimes our mistakes (unknowingly)gets us into such type of problems. If you have any doubts about anything, call the service technician by keeping his phone number with you. They are really helpful. These are my experiences and suggestions. Hope it is helpful to you.
