CBabu, 06 Jan 2016I brought Lava Iris X1 in Oct'14 after using 1year i have f... moreYes Cbabu, we 3 colleagues purchased the phone, and exactly after 1 year, problem started like draining the battery fast, exactly 1 percent in 1 sec, also phone getting heated, also shutdowns automatically. Don't know what is the issue. ?? If you guys have any solution then reply....

The phone looking Nice But the battery very bad because there is no backup for battery

anu, 27 Jan 2016same here,, i also totally disapointed frm this mob phone,,... moreYes iam also suffered in same things actually iam very fraused in charging time i will touch the device it's prvide schock and one time its blossted in my hand iam at 15 days bed rest still now iam not got any insure in sc side and allways.

camera Is good. But what bothers me is whenever voice chat in WhatsApp , the phone gets hang automatically.
Battery doesn't charge at times even when the indicator shows its charging.
I'm sick of this phone

Very bad.... I wasted my money... within 6 months board problem.... resolve it through service center...then 1yr 2months totally phone dead....no help from service center....I lost my money........ pls dont take any one lava mobile its dabba cell waste of money

at first I thought it was best . but within a year lot of problems . camera is good . battery performance very bad . takes too much time to charge but charge goes very speed . discusting . internet performance worst . can't enable 3g .irritating one . many apps are not supporting .

I brought Lava Iris X1 in Oct'14 after using 1year i have faced a network issue both the sims were not detecting and the battery draining so fast that for every one second one percent was reducing. I have contacted the customer service center they said that there is a issue in mother board,Funny thing is that bought this mobile for 7800rs and servicing it with 6000Rs. and after few days the same problem with my other 2 friend's Lava Iris X1mobiles. I was wondering 3 mobiles with same issue exactly after 1year. I think there is a bug in the mobile.

3g is not working ,all settings are configured right even though, when i enable 3g the symbol changes from 'E' to 'H' then within fraction of seconds the signal get lost,how to solve this??,plz help
