Wait until get a vibration, or 10 sec, then press volm up + power button until get recovery mode, must hold for few sec there you will get an option to erase all data or factory reset.
Vinod, do you done this methods of rest or reset in phone settings?

Hi this message for every one, for any kind off phone, if you are working or living in side of sea shore, must be care about your ports, ( USB, headset ...)
I am working in a sea side resort.
I faced so many issues due to oxidization of my USB port, main one is charging problem. Now I'm periodically cleaning my ports. Take care.

If it is due to a software bug, you need to root the phone and firstly try the gesture app and replace it whith new.if you not willing to root,
You can
1) contact service centre
Or
2) wait for lollypop update.
There you get rid off the problems.

using this phone from 8/6/15, today woke up to find, 4.4.2 launcher was not responding(touch not working from home screen), noticed thin horizontal lines throughout the screen from top to bottom while charging, thankfully they were gone after sometime. what should i do? did anyone experienced these issues?

In order to improve battery life I am always turn off my gesture control.
You see when gesture is on, there is a small proximity sensensor light is always on. You can see it in dark rooms. I am thinking why we feeding our battery to gesture and proximity sensor! No need.
But some yes it is needed. I need only the double tap awake option. BT I can't singly choose that option so I'm always turn off gesture control.
