I confirmed with lava mobile on twitter the update is in 2nd week of september!!!! I guess it is very late for 5.0.1 lollipop

Its a great phone...i have bought it last month...Performance is too good...Camera is Good...Striking feature is its battery backup with such a configuration...No one has complained about the phone....no heating issues....even the cost of the phone is very low when compared to other Big brands which has many issues of heating,less battery back up, or other errors....This phone is a big package of all the excellent features....Recommend it to all...u wont be disappointed in choosing this phone...

Lava iris x8 is not playing 1080p videos. It is showing -Bad file cannot be played and cannot play this video and it is showing App is not responding do you want to close it
