A friend of mine has been using the Lava Pixel v1 for quite some time and is all praises for the phone. He has faced no heating issues with the phone and the Android One based Lollipop 5.1 is super smooth and also very easy to use even for someone using Android for the first time. Also both the front and rear phone camera seems to capture images with amazing clarity and comes many included features. A great budget friendly phone in my books.

Where can i find the GOLD color Model of The Lava Pixel V1 ??
Its written everywhere that its has been released in 2 colors i.e White and Gold...but the Gold color model is not available in any online sites...??

companies like infocus mi yureka fight for best configuration @ best price this device should be priced @6999 or 7999 atmost .....sorry

I have purchased this phone This is the one of worst phone by lava plz dont buy this brand phone , because its camra and ram is fully vogous.
Battery is actually 1725 mah not 2650 mah (as checked by battery % application)
Sensor is not working
Smart lock does not work
Camera captures after 3 -5 seconds of clicking the capture button.
13 mp=5 mp
8 mp=2 mp
Heats up easily.
File manager is not there
Gallery becomes unresponsive
Buttons are on the touchscreen so effective display reduced to 5 inches.

Bcoz itz a indian product...
And india is improving and developing everything of every field as compared to othr countries...

micromax-yu yureka,yureka+,a87,a30,a57,canvas hd,canvas knight 2,canvas unite 2,3,etc...
Intex aqua 3g,4g,power,power+
xolo
gionee elife 6,elife7,many more...
Out of these all lava all products were best,micromax unite 3 was good,iphone 6+ was bit good,gionee was better...

Actual Display and Promo Disply is different. After the start the phone black ractangular border display on main screen display. In Pic of Phone and Bod it should be Edge to Edge Display...
It fully cheating by lava. There are no 5.5 inches full display screen
