Just about 4 Months and microphone is over. Lava care service is worst. It takes about ten days to just cure the microphne.

Phone speaker will not work properly.. Battery charging is too late.

camera 9 out of 10 , no heat issue , nice gaming performance , only battery draining fast (2 times charging (for heavy using)) and from last 6 months no update come!!! when m update will come plz tell anyone!!!!

I also bought this phone 4 months back and now microphone's not working at all. 13 MP and 2 GB RAM impressed me in the beginning when i saw the ads in the hoardings and in the Tv and i got carried away and bought this phone hurriedly just to check the 4G speed of an Airtel
Not worth for Rs. 10,000. Don't get mesmerised by its looks and their false advertisements as Random Access Memory also starts from 850 MB and was occupied by the inbuilt apps. This is the worst brand new phone i have used in my life for 4 months, I'm giving it to my driver after repairing it in the Lava service centre Guwahati on 5 Aug, 2016.

this company service is very bad......I. buy this modal.....after 2 month I went to service center....than my phn is not repair by customer service center

The worst phone i have ever seen. The mobile got spoiled just in 6 months and the mobile is getting too heat and always hangs. The problem couldn't be identified by lava care people also. No correct response and service by LAVA CARE people. Very disappointed.
