Anu, 12 Mar 2016Which is better? asus zenfone 2 laser or lava v5?it depends, if you take alot of selfies go for the lava v5.
if you want good hardware and RAM also go for the v5
go for the laser if you need a pro camera (Laser autofocus)
for a larger screen, laser if it's ZE550KL or go for the lava v5
Conclusion : LAVA v5 is better than ASUS ZENFONE 2 LASER, but not much.

Hi Am using this Lava v5 for 6,days the phone is really nice with this price but the only thing I disappointed with both camera's I bought it in croma , I was checked demo device was good , moreover if its go lighting environment the camera clarity is good but when we caputred in dark light its ugly front cam show's lots of dot's so please help me guys shoul i change any settings in camera

It's been over a month since my roommate purchased this beautiful creation of Lava V5 and has never complained. In fact she is still gushing about how great this phone is. Of course the picture quality cannot be compared to high end cameras but I should say that the Lava phone you mentioned deserves its credits. Let start with how pocket friendly it is, Lava V5 costs just Rs. 11,299 and considering its 13MP camera with LED Flash. Maybe you should check the lighting of your environment before you capture. Have you tried to adjust the lighting of your environment before capturing? It could be the reason why it is creating the noise in the pictures. Let's consider the other features of the phone too, its 3GB RAM and 1.3GHzquad-core is excellent for her to run multiple apps simultaneously. The problem with the battery and heat is probably because you are overworking your phone, and for the charging problem try charging with Airplane mode. They take very less time to charge. If your problem persists you may want to get it checked in service center and get it sorted!

Hello friends,
I have been using this phone since one month. Let me share my experience with this phone. I wont say this is the best phone with this price tag. The problems i faced with this phone are as follows..
1) camera quality
If u wish to take some great quality pictures then this phone is definitely not for you. 13mp rear cam and 8mp front cam takes pretty descent images in bright sunlight but it suffers a lot to take an average image at indoors.. dual tone led flash is not so commentable. The pictures are very noisy and indoor images are blurred enough. I think the 8mp rear cam of samsung galaxy j5 takes far far better image than the 13 mp front cam of lava v5.
2) slow charging.. takes almost 1hr 45min to charge fully while some other phones at this price range takes only 1hr 15 mins.
3) phone heats up very much while using mobile data and during gaming.
4) the headphone that comes with this phone is not so great.
Now let me tell some good things about this phone..
1) RAM.. the 3gb ram is more than enough for high end gaming.. you cannot feel a single lag.
2) touch response is very good.
3) battery lasts for one full day and next half day.
4) out of 16gb rom you get almost 11gb free.
5) call clarity is good.
6) useless apps that comes with this phone can be easily uninstalled.

Now I'm requesting you to stop lying about Lava V... morehi adnan i have bought this phone and used 3 day my review is about phone it taking too much time to charge and battery draining very fast,camera is good in day hours bith rear and front but worst in night even camera hanged several times while chosing auto detection mode.i take it to service center but nothing happened.over all my rating is 2.5/5

I bought this smartphone a few weeks ago and I have been having the best experience with it. It has a fast and smooth touch with a long lasting battery. I only have to charge it once a day and it still has enough battery for the next day. And don’t even start on the camera. Check my instagram and all the pics uploaded have been clicked by this phone. It has a great quality camera. My rating for this phone is 10/10. If anyone is thinking about buying a new phone then Lava V5 will be a great choice!

Performance is very good, call qu... moreYes, I agree that Lava V5 is one great phone that takes over from other phones available in the market at this range. The spotlight of this phone is its camera and I don’t think that they would do so if they cannot provide what they promise. Its 13 MP and 8 MP front camera is spectacular. And I should add that its ability to auto focus at 0.18 sec makes capturing easy as you don't have to hold your gaze and position to get that perfect shot. Of course, it doesn't give you high resolution pictures like a DSLR or SLR would but it is just a phone and considering its price value of just Rs. 11,999 its perfect. It clicks pretty decent pics in the bright light,its only in low lights that causes a bit of problem which is pretty obvious. However you can easily rectify that with the usage of LED flash for both the sides! And need I mention more, about the other features of the phone which you yourself are raving about!

Bought from local store.. Performance is very good, call quality is very good and also battery life is good. But Both though 13mp and 8mp camera are really below average quality. Lava have wrote so much about camera but its really disappointing.
