anil, 08 Aug 2015why is my phone can't open this play store.I guess you got a second-hand (used) phone.
First, make sure that the "google play store" app is enabled in your phone:
-goto android "setting" menu.
-select "apps".
-in the "apps" menu, select "all" option.
-seek "google play store" app icon, then select it.
-in the "google play store" app menu, sets "enable" button to on.
-then get out from the android "setting" menu, finish.
Second, run the "UC browser" (which is included in this phone), then goto "google store" website. And then try to get an app you like.

i hard reset my lenovo phone because it shows google software not responding...still its the same error...and when i restart my phone it stays on the lenovo logo...can you send me a solution???thanks
