i have problem on wifi connectivity in lenova a319. it shows tower and connects but doesnot give service despite of having high tower why??

A319: Could not unlock a phone due to security code not remembered
Question
How can I unlock the pin code? I have a lenevo A319 and while trying to reopen the phone the phone lock code was mistakenly entered and I cannot remember the code because it is a new phone for several times. Now I cannot reopen or use the phone as it is locked.

Is it normal for the phone to have loudspeaker problems ?? First time i used it the laoudspeaker muffled and then was okay a few weeks . Now there is no sound at all ...

My Lenovo A319 mobile is working satisfactorily.But the the battery is not lasting; works atleast one day. How can increase the duration of battery recharging. second doubt is about it's wi- fi connection. I have already have a 3G connection. Can anyone suggest any free software to work wi-fi in my mobile.
