Just root ur phone I use framaroot to root my phone use foldermount to move obb folder to SD card but after 1 month my lenovo don't open after lenovo logo it stock in black I don't know if I do something wrong so I use factory mode it is Chinese so I can't understand I pick one wondering it will fix my phone I'm so lucky because I pick is reformat phone memory so it will reboot but all u installed file will lost but file that u need is still there so I fix my phone!! So I get my apps back because of my backup in my computer now I can play GTA vice city but lag a little so I use task killer or ram expander to reduce lag and auto close now this phone is full of big games!! I already fix my phone in lucky pick but I pick many times to pick the reformat make this phone perfect :)

Just Root Ur phone I root mine using framaroot and I use foldermount to move obb folder to SD card problem solve!!! But after 1 month my phone don't open after lenovo logo its stock in black I don't know if i did something wrong but I use factory mode it's Chinese so I don't understand so I pick 1 wondering it will fix but the one I click is reformat phone it will reboot and ur phone memory will loss but it have the application install in ur device when u buy this phone so my phone is fix!! now I can play GTA vc and GTA 3 but lag a little to solve this download task killer or ram expander yes problem solve :)

same here... my phone always lags and freezes even with my facebook... i cant even play flappy bird well because it lags most of the time.. any suggestions to boost my phone? ive already downloaded several p[hone booster apps... still the problem is there...

Hello, I have used lenovo A516 less one month. When I unlock my screen not function. Display my screen off. So I must remove battery and turn on my phone. Please give me suggestion about my problem.

hey, my lenovo a516 touch not working properly, can give any suggestion ? the only things that i can do is press the power button and volume up volume down.

ROOT YOUR PHONE!! THEN PROBLEM SOLVE!!hahaha you just dont know what your smart phone is capable with.. youll just have to flash your phone using alegro ROM!! and it solves all the problem .. now u can transfer apps in the SD card and also in pictures music and others! then install a rooted app called boosters plus battery saver by gejos and sd card booster by gejos also.. then install ram expander, greenify and fast reboot! now my phone runs like lightning!! hahaha .. i intalled xposed xblast du battery saver pro and ohters.. try it!!

base on my experience when install two or more apps any application/games i open are closing automatically, and when i install another one (total of three) it starts to affect and auto close even the stock apps....thats my only problem ...does anybody knows the remedy, i already did a factoryreset several time but nnothing happens

i hate this phone the A516 model!the ram is always full,i already dowloaded ram booster & still its always 80%. i formated it 100x, & the problem is still there. i will never buy lenovo again!i hate its ram!

marcel, 16 May 2014Can someone help me why i can't change wy ringtone??If you are trying to use SD card item as ringtone, then it won't work. For custom ringtones, you need to move that particular item to the internal storage and there you can assign it as per your choice! I suffered the same too
