i used lenovo a 6000 till 3 months , its very good working but in last 3 days when i did not use phone then my battery down slowly slowly and photos , music and videos are not open in gallary, music playe and video player respectivily in system software so pls give me sone reliable suggestions......

I got 5days ago Lenovo a6000 multi touch not smooth in zooming pics ,zooming web page's when i zooming pics,web pages its zoom with lags not smooth and also in 3rd person shooting games like shadowgun deadzone when i play,did any one faced the same issue ? I updated to latest firmware .0307.150605 build number. Help guy's what is this issue hardware or software ??

2 months ago i bought my Lenovo A6000.In starting it was working properly but soon i faces the contact display problem.All the contacts are in my sim memory. some time phone displays all the contacts and sometime it did not shows the contacts.what should i do ?

Hello,
I bought my A6000 only 15 days back, now I notice charging problem. Firstly there was was no charging issue, it usually taken 3 hours to make the battery full from 10%, & consumption timing was also good. But from last two days it is taking 5-6 hours to be full, and battery consumption is also very quick.If I use Facebook 1 only hour than battery remains 30%-35%!! It seems, consupmtion is quicker than the charing!
Note,I always keep clear "Recently Used Apps".

I bought new one before 4 days ago, work well bettry is good,good phone for Price point ,but some quality and reliable issue this has some hardware touch issue in all lenovo a6000 to screen edges at bottom left or right or in some uper area edges left right corner for check download skitch app from play store free and test ur touch by draw line slowly to the all over your screen edges and corners 4to5 time do it and u will see the area of unresponsive some,and its has no gorilla glass so its screen is very week easily can press when you press little hard from all the center or middle area of the screen its shows lcd liquid bubbles when u press its shows clearly in white wallpaper or in google chrome,so this is cheap phone thats why its material is low quality, this problem is in all lenovo a6000 ,test your.

I'm also using lenovo a6000 but it works fantastically well until now and I have never experienced any of those problem at all. it depends on the users.

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2015I bought a new one on 20th june but its touch is not workin... moreIt's hardware problem.I had the similar type of problem.Flipkart replaced the set.there are three screens on a smartphone. In this case the middle one which is responsive to touch is faulty.changing that one will fix this.for the time being rotate your phone to call/ cut.
