I have ordered a Lenovo A6000 and got on 28th of march 2015 I found that my radio and music player automatically get off. What should I do?

I am a genuine user of Lenovo A6000. Snatched it in the 1st flash sale. After having used the phone for about 3 months, I'd say its a complete package. The 64-bit processor with promised Lolipop update makes it future-proof. Looks wise it seems much pricier than ₹7000, have recieved a few compliments. The battery can go on for 13-20 hrs depending on usage. & performance is very good, user exprience is smooth. Asphalt 8 runs nicely with no heating. Cameras are Ok-Ok. I would rate this one 10/10(personal opinion) Worth every penny I saved to buy it.

Awesome phone with awesome front and rear camera.
Everyone should buy it.
But the only limitation is that the icons are big and ugly.

update a6000 to latest firmware ...it is 1060 mb file...which has fixed the ram problem ..now it is fluid..wid no problem.. .waiting for 5.0
