I had to return the handset only for one reason. The phone showed up only 0.33 Mbps 3G speed on Ookla Speed tester using a Reliance 3G SIM - whereas for 18 month old IBall Andi 4.5q showed 5.33 Mbps. The Redmi 1S showed 3.5 Mbps on the same SIM. All the tests were done simultaneously within 5 minutes - so signal dropping issue is ruled out. I could not download and install big apps from Play Store. OTHERWISE THE HANDSET WAS GOOD ON EVERY ASPECT.
BUT THANKS TO SERVICES OF FLIPKART - THEY WERE SO CO-OPEARTIVE IN UNDERSTANDING MY PROBLEM AND AGREEING TO TAKE BACK THE HANDSET.

Phone is very good. Battery & camera is great. Only problem is when you do a Skype call phone heats up very quickly. I had to switch it off to cool it. Rest phone is great and value for money.

does it support OTG ? few web sites says it can be and few said it will not support OTG. any one who uses mobile can confirm ?

For better ram management, U can uninstall lenovo apps. Also press left button for few seconds and close open apps.

Lenovo A6000 if wanna rate for 100 then 80/100 because everything is good,except
1-Ram maintenane is bad as only for few apps, the rams is being used fully.everytime ram shows 150mb free out of 1gb
2-Battery- excellent(2days)
3-Video -Outstanding
4-Audio- if better headset i would rate 200/100
5-Connectivity-Good with 3G, even 2G.
Finally i suggest u guys to buy it, if ram issue is resolved.

Rajeev, 26 Feb 2015Even i am also facing same problem... Damaged or incompatible memory cards tends to produce heat. And heat drains battery. Try changing memory card.
