The smartphone has a heating problem. If you watch a HD movie(720 or 1080 pixel) the phone gets very hot. Sometimes It may cause hanging problem. Camera Quality is low. Sometimes it may misbehave. You can buy A6000 plus.

hello please help me i have this phone and i have upgraded to lollipop 5.0.2 but now the phone become very slow .Can you tell me how to take it back to kitkat 4.4.4 ...beuse when upgraded battery was very low fast ...mobile so many time hung ....plz infrom downgreaded ....process lolipop to kitkat....

AnonD-458610, 09 Apr 2016Please help me how to downgrade If u wanna downgrade ur phone from android version lollipop to kitkat (5.0-4.4.4) u can give ur phone to a professional repair shopkeeper or give ur mobile to ur service center. They will make your phone downgraded.

Any issues after the lollypop update for a6000, please do the factory reset and ''start as new device'' not 'Lenovo'' after the reset. This will rectify the issues completely. Remove all the previous app from lenovo from the settings>apps and let google update the remaining apps. Download the apps you need later. one by one.
My phone works great now. It was nearly unusable after the update.

i bought this phone about year ago and i dont have any problem with it.
both cams are not that bad
speaker is very well
the battery is good actually i can use it 8-10 hrs with wifi on
no hang no lags
and i wish to have this phone again bacause i sell it and buy a lenovo k900
that has a fu*ki*g battery life and easy to drained,use it for a minute then it became like a fried cellphone
a6000 is the better than lenovo k900

Up gradation to lolipop gives a shortage in ROM (8GB); error message is coming while opening any app. inbuilt support is not good as comparatively to other same except battery.
