Hey There is no problem on phone when u guys not getting notifications on whatsapp and other stuffs..
Am using Lenovo device. It is pre installed with 'Secure it' app. It have a clean up shortcut...Its very powerful to clean the entire apps in background.. Even downloading with uc browser will stops...
So, set the apps u don't wanna stops in ignore list.. :-)
