I am using this phone more then 6 month, Phone hanging always, Which is very irritable. Camera quality some what good. But the flash light is not supporting the camera in same time when you try to capture a photo. Only one slot sim is 4G and other one is 2G . I am not recommend this phone.

after upgrading lolipop, there was lots of problem in contact manager and calling , there are taking 30 seconds time to open, this is very bad impression to lenovo for such model, plz. solv the problems

lenovo a 6000+ touch quality is good and smooth. perfect size. but camera quality is very bad.

I bought a lenovo a6000 plus from flipkart in may 2015. Since a few days ago it has started heating up n the battery also drains very fast.

After upgrade to lolipop , i did the factory reset but still having issue with contact manager. It almost take 30 sec to open which is irrtating some time when you need to quickly call someone or have to provide number. Also Phone hanging issue is still exist.
Does anyone have solution for this , any alternate usefull contacts apps ?

Firstly the phone was very good when it came out of the box. Used it for 4 months and it was very good, bit then came lollipop and my phone has become very slow. Apps are taking a lot of time to open. What's app suddenly crashes and says - sorry whatts app is not responding. The same is the case with many other apps. Please take this in consideration and fix this issue, mainly lagging issue and phone working very slow.

I successfully revert back kitkat from lollipop thru lenovo care. Now i my phone current version shows Kraft-A6000_S025_150129. But this version have some bugs like background app (whatsapp, Telegram) not running properly. So I need till Last update for kitkat Kraft version (A6000_S040_150815).But phone system update shows download (lollipop version Kraft-A6000_S056_150924). Where can i download old kraft update ? Pls help.
Lenovo care centre told , patch update not available.....

My A6000 after upataded to lolipop getting hanging how to resolve this problem
