Lenovo A6000+ is a great phone . users which are having issues after the update please go to the settings and choose reset factory option ur phone will work perfectly after the reset . before resetting please back up ur data . us all phone memory data will be lost. And remove the sim before resetting

I HV got my mobile about 1month ago from 5days onwards I was hanging like when I'm pressing one letter there it was typing another I press one time it will not pressing 10 times......plzzzzzzz suggest me friends

Anonymous, 29 Jul 2015Reset factory then it will kNo dude did all the possible steps, even I took this to the service center which FLIPKART gave me they flashed and they said that it will work fine still I have the same issue since the day they flashed it. Its of no use again I have taken it to them and FLIPKART as asked me to get a letter from them so that we can proceed with the next step just waiting for it.

AnonD-427935, 10 Aug 2015i purchased this phone from flipkart...and using this phone... moreHi Karanjeet there is no way to revert the update to previous one, otherwise u hav 2 wait for another update. my suggestion is just contact the flipkart team for replacement definitely they wil replace with new product this time don't do system update.
