I have Lenovo A 6000 plus mobile. After updating kraft update 150615 photos taken from front and rear camera are showing dots when enlarging photos. one time they have replaced the phone but the problem remains even without update also.
Can any one please suggest how to resolve the issue.

The company is not replacing or repairing the the piece immediately. Touch pad is not available for rerplacement.

Usually my phone takes 3 hrs to charge from 20% to 100%.But now it is taking a longtime to charge.For 1% increase in charge it is taking a long time.I updated to the latest Kraft version a week ago but the problem started yesterday.Can anyone suggest me a solution.

friends don't buy this phone.
i hve buy this phone last month and there is an hanging and auto shut down problem in my phone
to turn on the phone i hve to remove battery and then phone can be restarted
but last day my phone got auto shut-down and but i m not able to turn on. again

After updating software my camera quality is almost zero giving very bad what I do to fix such a problem give genuine solution please someone please pass this suggestion to lenevo center to get proper solution
