charging is very slow. it takes 4-5 hrs to get charge 100%. please help with any tip to improve this.

Probably late July - early September. If it gets the upgrade of course.,Lenovo hasn't yet confirmed so isn't 100% sure that it will be upgraded. Why don't you ask them on their forum, you could also try their twitter pages(you have more chances of getting an answer on the international page)

Ramesh , 07 Jun 2015it is not connected to Whatsapp,can you suggest how to conn... moreThe Lenovo Security app is blocking that. Go to the security app and set WhatsApp as trusted. Thank God to Google for forcing Lenovo to drop that security app in Android 5.
BTW. The Lenovo Security app also collects a lot of personal information.

heating problem solved by call calling lenovo customer care.you have to go to...........setting,apps,running apps.and then stop the app called "media" and restart the mobile,heating problem gone ,battery life increases from 4 hour to 1 days.

In miui xiaomi there is i.xiaomi site to lock n erase data and also via Google, if you activated google access to trace and lock your phone then you cud wipe out data,else report to the police immediately just to be on safer side in case your set used for illegal activity,but one thing you cud do immediately is calk up network provider of ur Sim and get Sim locked, hope it helps

1.the phone switches off co pletly and the only way to bring it back is to remove and put back the battery.
2.few apps loose all the settings and go to initial setting, that's strange.
3. A new problem since today morning! The phone refreshes every 5 or 10 seconds and that's really irritating.
4. Now coming to what u have asked, camera is not great as colors are not reproduced as is, greays look blue! I wanted to send a pic greay cloth for approval and it looked blue, I had to give up the idea of clicking a pic.
