GPS is there or not? I heard that it is not having sensors for same and hence Google maps is not working.

phone does not have compass/magnetometer..., which is basic nowadays..,finds difficulty in navigaton due to the absense of compass.

This mobile sucks truly....don't be a fool to buy this one...camera totally sucks...my redmi 1s is 100 times better than this one...(both 8 mp)....battery backup is OK ....processor is not that fast (even though its a Qualcomm quad core) redmi and moto g z much faster than this device with only 1gb rams...and the worst thing device doesnt have a gorilla glass protection ....I dnt understand what for they are selling it for 7500...gaming is okay....played mc4 NFS mW asphalt 8 ....ran smoothly....1.4 GB ram available...big req dnt waste ur money like I did.....better go for redmi or Motorola devices....
