Hi, i got this phone yesterday. Overall the phone is good, except for 1 issue. The screen does not go into sleep even after 10 mins of inactivity. I have kept the sleep setting to 15 seconds only but it wont work.

Battery discharges quickly, without any use. Music player and gallery do not load the recently added stuff. Heats up very badly, without any issue and use. Please tell me the solution.

my mobile does not update to lollipop version ..... when im connecting to Wi-Fi its shows new version found i m download and install its ask storage location im also select thats it shows verifying bt finally coming updating failed... my storages is more than 11gb..it will be repeated 5times im loss my storage each time 1125mb >1gb but not updated plz give me the solution how to update my mobile
