Hi I purchased a Lenovo A 6010 on 21st December, from a retailer at Bangalore , Since then it has been a traumatic experience , phone is faulty out of the box, I had to drop multiple emails and visits to service centres, Even they made a dent on my phone .. Post this also there has been no resolution of issue, i am fed up of this and had requested a product upgradation ( ready to bear extra cost) / replacement , and these guys are again and again forcing me to accept a faulty phone.. Better dont purchase lenovo products

hi frnz... I had got Lenovo A6000 plus via flipkart... Sometimes i couldn't download applications on google play store... Reply if anyone facing the same problem..

I purchased lenovo 6000+ before 6 months, after 5 and a 1/2 month the is not workings.
after that mobile also show so many problems, hanging issue, taskbar hidden automatically, sim management is disable at any time and bettry back is very less day by day....
3G net works like 2G..

I brought lenovo a6000 plus 1 month ago, after one and half month I updated my phone to lollipop 5.0.2 . Then phone have some motherboard problem and I take it to service centre. they changed my motherboard totally. then I get a notification for lollipop update again. so please suggest me ,should I do that lollipop update? Reply.
