Initially camera was working good.. But gradually its quality has decreased. Will upgradation to the latest version 17-151016 will help???

Worst service in visakhapatnam andhra pradesh, The phone worked with me for 2 months and got dead,since in warranty given phone for servicing on 01/09/2015 but till date 29/10/2015 phone not repaired and the service center does not respond well and the contact no also does not work.
Please don't bye the product.
