You have some mistakes in specifications:
- It is Dual Sim (Dual Standby) phone.
- 2G network : 850/900/1800/1900 MHz

I'm looking at buying a Lenovo A660 from China. I'm wondering
if the frequency channel
is suitable for australia. Would this vary
according to which country it
comes from? Have tried contacting the
original Lenovo websites and they
can't seem to answer me. Maybe someone here knows and/or could point me in the right
direction of the facts/resourses on the matter.
Thanx

Great phone. Camera would make better quality pictures (too much noise) but battery works about almost 2 days in normal using, CPU is really fast, but LCD has worse contrast than related Samsung lcd screens. I've bought it in China shop (etotalk.com) that flashed multilangues Android ICS with Google Play and removed many useless Chinese apps. I'm satisfied.

the lack of digital compass and flash is very fatal for a rugged phone. coz people use rugged phone usually as a gps device to show direction and uses the led flash for torch light. i noticed that only lenovo s860 that has a digital compass feature

This phone is not yet available in the Philippines. Lenovo Mobile Philippines just launched its dual core P700i and S560 a few days ago so to complete the line-up, they might introduce this model before december
