Nunno, 04 May 2016 cant log in to play store /google play, anyone knows why?... moreBackup your MicroSD card so that you can restore it later on. Then go to settings click -PRIVACY-FACTORY DATA RESET.
This will erase all the data and downloaded programs from your mobile and microSD card and restore factory settings.
After this restore the backup to your mobile. This will start working again.
It worked for me.
NOTE BACKUP & RESTORE IS A TRICKY SO PRACTICE MANY TIMES TILL YOU ARE CONFIDENT BEFORE YOU VENTURE TO factory data reset.

Hi friends, I can understand your problems with this phone but did any of you tried to check its total compability to it top strengh? I think you hadn't.for me this phone the most amazing phone I ever had do you know that due to its massive hardware It doesn't hangs up and it is the fastest phone I ever had I know that you will be laughing at me belive it or not I have played subway surfer for more than four hours and my top score was 46,24,256.can any one play till this score in a slow mobile.to use it in a perfect manner first install bigger apps to smallest then move the apps to sd card if it dosent have the option try rooting it then finally do not update any inbuilt and downloaded apps. Thankyou I hope this will be useful.
