Guys help! I just had this problem recently and it happens most of the time now. My screen seems unresponsive to touch but all the buttons(power, volume) work properly. And what's worse, i have a password so when it isn't touch-responsive i can't use my phone. help please! what should i do?

This is an excellent phone for its price.
Honestly, where would you find a quadcore snapdragon processor with such a simple, sleek design, color and texture for such an amount? just the way this phone feels in your palms......
and when i compare it with the other androd mobiles, it puts up a good fight and even beats some of them, though they're twice the price of this phone. guys, let's just be fair, you can't start comparing the camera quality of this phone with that of others that have more M-pixels. compare with those of a similar specs profile and give your judgement from there.
so, for me so far, it's thumbs up to LENOVO!!!! Am a hardcore Nokia person because they are clearly the best in new innovations (check their old symbian E and N series all the way to their lumia 1020 and 1520, and all other lumias) but i think am not so disappointed with this phone. The lenovo A706 is truely worth buying!

from dec2013-until now, very smooth and nice to use, no headaches. i have powerbank so no need to worry about battery. speaking of quality (camera, video, gaming, playing music and video) i'm satisfied. remember, in android phone-you must go in big internal if you have a lot of games/apps you want to install, for me-all important apps and some of entertaining games i need to install. the other games that i've done or finish save in phone memory-i uninstall them then find other in playstore otherwise, all save in memorycard ,if i love them -i keep them but if not-i uninstall them too. in cam/video,it's depend on you-if you know how to use/set config-you can definitely shot with good quality. use the vid/cam in a bright environmet (morning time) to bring you excellent quality. poor in night time. dont use heavy protection screen---

This phone dessipates a lot of heat when playing games or browsing which is frustrating.didn't expect this kind of a phone from brand like Lenovo. Its good for texting. Em pretty disappointed with this phone. Camera is not so good or not so bad.
