If you want a new line in your settings and access to the "developer options" you do so:
1: settings 2: about phone 3: version info
4: tap 7 times on "internal version". after 3 taps it shows a message but you tap 7.
finished, see your new setting

For example, I have Camera Zoom FX with total 7.91MB, it still sits on the internal storage for 2.79MB, while the rest 5.12MB is on the SD Card. How can I move them all to the SD Card? Thanks

to transfer apps to the sd card you will have to change the defaul storage to Sd card then you will be able to transfer the apps to the sd card.

This is a great phone with very decent spec and screen quality. Here are tips to maximize your experience; root with Framaroot.apk , create 4GB ext2 partition in your SD card (use a 32GB very good quality SD card for long term usability), install link2sd.apk (set-up it right), and here's the important part, DON'T MOVE apps but choose LINK instead. Oh, BTW, TouchPal-X is a very highly useful soft keyboard.
You could also go further to maximize screen estate by installing apex launcher, set the screen settings as small as you would. Also xposed framework with app settings to further customized per app screen use. Very happy with my settings, feels like having a small tablet.

Personally i use this phone since 4 monthes, i enjoy every day. The sound is pretty good, pictures too, wifi perfect, 2 sims too, just i use not so good TTS thai. And ggogle now take only english US. I wait an up.

I just used Lenovo a706 a week. and I updated android version 4.1.2. but I dont know why my phone suddenly turn off and when I turn on all my apps that I install in SD card lost except videos pictures. my friends said mybe the latest android version can't support this phone. anyone have same problem? help me how to solve this problem. tq
