But... moreglad to be of help marktof! i myself don't have much knowledge about this phone as the manual included does not have much info (am from philippines). the app remover i found was just by accident. and i hope to have more "accidents" with this phone! hahaha!

Hi, i noticed that during calls, both my speaker and earpiece are rather soft and also with earphones on as well. But while i'm listening to music, both the speaker and earphones are loud. Anyone has the same issue or has any recommendations? Thanks :)
Oh, and i am on the latest firmware and the volume has been set to full as well.
