Just keep your device internet connection open always or most of the time and updates will reach you. Try also to check your phone settings if you set it to allow version updates otherwise you can send PM to Lenovo Mobile Philippines facebook account. They usually reply to your message and willing to guide you.

I am unable to update the system upgrade. It is showing "Your system is the latest version" but i'm still at 130609! Hope someone can help me. -Follow up question... Thanks.
