i have lenovo a3300 but my sim card cant be detected..theres a pop up that it will dhut down in 5seconds but when i turn it on again still no sim card :( help pls

i resently bought a lenovo A3300, it says on the specs on this tablit that the memory can be expanded up to 32gb sd card, i install a 32gb sd card, after i downloaded som games, the games data cannot be install in the SD card, and the tablit is show pop up mesage that i need to mount the sd card, what would be its problem

The Worst responsive screen. I had to change the touch pad just after 3 months of purchase. Even if I didnt touch the screen, it operates. But good music output. Only negative point is abt its screen... No durability
