I m in india . I bought lenovo A7 3500 HV. It does not give me option to upgrade to 4.4 kitkat version. Could u pls tell me how to get kitkat version

Since you have the HV model your update is probably on its way or just needs some additional tweaking. Don't worry, you will all get it. No need to rush. You will have to wait even longer if you bought your device from a carrier since they like to tweak the software even more and add their own apps and sometimes restrictions. And yes, the update is region based. It depends which region your device is supposed to be. Mine is for Bulgaria/Romania.

i saw a page from russian lenovo forum. the page shows a unit of a3500-hv had been upgraded to 4.4.2 kitkat.
so does it means that its depend on the region to have this availability of an system upgrade.
when it will gonna launch at south east asia (philippines)?
