Best android phone i ever use with dolby sound system. You can use any brand of head or ear phone, original or the copy one. This model still can give you the best music beat. If someone want swap this model with my iphone6 128gb for one whole month. I Will say yes! .. But its almost possible to repair or find this sparepart model. Thanks lenovo for unexpected model with fucking best sound system. FYI dolby is system that we use in cinema and making movie.

Hi... I have prob with lenovo 820.... I only have facebook and watsapp in my hp but the memory is so full that i could not download other app or even to update my apps. Recently all my pic in hp, including the downloaded whatsapp pic is gone. The phone only display blank black screen. This phone is just waste of money.

Opera is free, but is almost as good.

None of this problems have ocurred to me or my wife, we have a couple of A820's and they work like a charm. Concerning to guaranty, I can't defend Lenovo, since I never have contact them. But I think they will help 'cause they are very well positioned as a brand in my country.
So, have you ever tried a FACTORY RESET?
Or a HARD RESET? Google is your friend, you know?

The only trouble I ever had with it was internal memory and RAM filling up (just a few too many apps, heh). This led to updates/app downloads failing. Other than that, it was an utter dream phone at a beautiful price. If you don't plan to download a world of apps, this phone is extremely affordable and worth every dollar.

There are real KK roms though and I'm working on one myself.

LZWDRWEB, 03 Dec 2014no way update to kitkatKitkat is available on the A820 http://www.romzj.com/rom/22199.htm its based on CM11. I got a antutu score of 16k :) Its a really different experience. It will take some work to delete the chinees apps but its worth it.
