I buy this phone in 2014 but used until 2017.. But now I still have this phone and still working good... Even though when open the app is quiet slowly but still responsive...

i have this phone until now from 2014 just for my third phone.. still work fine but speaker and charger broken several time.. and the battery life is not good only half day and suddenly off but if using wifi is good still hang in 8-9 hours... i have update all the app and suprisingly the phone can handle all the app smoothly...

I used this phone almost 5 years untill now. The microphone, speaker, and the usb plug broken for many times, the battery is so asap to low, and the network... ugh. The most i hate about this cutie was the only one network, 3g. Some years ago, i'm ok with the 3g network, but it's hard to find the 3g these days bcs there is 4g everywhere now. But, bcs of my phone got serviced for many times, this phone still working perfectly untill today. When all of my family's members changed their phone many times on those 5 years, this phone was still with me. without having a heavy problem. and without any shortage of means.

I have been using this phone for 3 years now, worked quite well. but now its having some storage issue so had to change, but its a good phone

i use this phone almost 3years... Camera, network, rom, ram, proc, sound, battre, screen, etc... everything is ok. very good phone..but, if u can use this phone normaly.

I was use tgis phone for 3 years,
Now the battery easy to low,micro usb has been paired,can't get to kitkat version. So bad ....

It's always the same problem , microphone cannot function, speaker has no sound . Even after I repair it then it cannot function again.

I've used my a859 for 2 years still it's running well i've observed but until now lenovo forgot to upgrade it's OS to android lollipop. I think we've been forgotten by lenovo.

I loved my A859, great battery time, good camera.
But the built-in microphone has broken. After replacement of that part (5 months ago) the microphone it's broken again.

I've been using this phone for about two years now and it is well past its expiration date.
For starters, about two months in, the phone started showing huge problems with the screen, one tap could result in the screen acting on its own, flickering and not responding. Using this phone is also a big pain as it lags too often thanks to its 1gb ram and the fact that today's apps out-date it by far. This phone was not designed to last longer than 2 years since its release date from April 2014 and it is very apparent thanks to the fact that its highest android version is 4.2.2 which makes it impossible to update its firmware and thus use the latest app technology.
To round things up, just recently I had to factory reset the phone thanks to its "Lenovo Launcer" not being able to launch which is essentially the phone's desktop making it impossible to access and backup properly. This had as a result me losing most of my contacts and files as pictures etc. This wasn't a big problem for me personally but the fact that all the WiFi passwords and applications vanished made my daily routine very uneasy and it was even harder trying to get the phone back on its feet.
I wouldn't trust the phone after this fiasco and I don't think anyone should at this point. This is not the phone you want at that time.

I am having problem to use 3g! I cannot change to H+ network! Moreover I am not happy with this old OS! Lenovo does not give any updates to OS! But it is a good phone!
