I had acouple of these phones and they are shat......they work for a while then you have no end of issues until finally you own a brick....... i am very tech savvy to be fair and tried everything to rectify it but to no avail.......literallly zero customer service......my advice.....save your money dont waste on any of this Jap shit......

Stay away from that phone, it's filled with spyware that is factory installed....
(Just google it if you don't believe me, you are going to see the agony in countless people like me who bought this worthless mobile!)

I... moreeither your sd card is not supported or damage . try to change another sd card . for app move to sdcard REQUIRES ROOT . use "Kingo SuperUser" . and "SDFix: KitKat Writable MicroSD" to fix sdcard permission , finally use "Link2SD" or "FolderMount" to move app to sdcard.
all app mention above can be search and download at play store .

Please help me. I have this phone and it's a great phone. Its just that I have a microSD card and it does not register to the phone. Nor does the it move to SD card. Please help. I would hate to have to buy another phone.
