Looks like Lenovo it's trying to make some noise in the market, the fact is that the quality of the device sucks...... Wi-Fi and 3G speed are very slow, I don't know why 😞 they boost up 👆 with quad core and octa core processors....i will 😊 not recommend.... It's better switch to windows.... Android really seems old and bored....

              i am in europe (greece).
              i bought lenovo s650 (2000mah) and s660 (3000mah).

              i would buy golden warrior s8
              16GB/2GBRAM if battery minimum 3000mah.

              why "micro sim"? come on, use normal sim people

                The actual measured battery times are what's important, not an insightless armchair guessing about the capacity of the battery.

                          It is very disappointing to find that all lenovo phones have only HTML browser, not HTML5. I am switching to others.

                                Just buy powerbank .. simple .. this phone is really cheap compare to samsung overrated phone .. the spec of this phone also can compete with middle to high end phone of other brand .. just buy because of quality not brand

                                  This is a Lenovo S-phone (stylish, slim, etc) it doesn't fit thick bricks, that would be the Lenovo A-class (affordable) or P (professional).

                                    Looks like a good phone, however battery spec is really low compared to hongme note and other such completion.
                                    I don't get this oversight as people will compare all specs in price bracket and thickness : battery life in this phone suffers.
                                    It's useless to compare to fancy phones and say they have only x battery, that is for different class of people. This is meant to be utility low price phone and battery is very important.

                                      On the russian Lenovo forum they found the Lenovo S898T (which is the model this S8 is based on and has the same 2000 mAh battery) to have good battery life.

                                      Better to have 2000 mAh and the rest of the specs to be good than to have ALL the specs crap which is what you get from most other brands at the same price point...

                                        I believe the reason for that low price tag is because of its low capacity battery(only 2000mAh)for a big phone like that. You will have to charge it 3-4 times a day I guess. That really sucks
